I'll never forget our first year at Kensington, the Sunday after the Marathon all of the Hope Water runners were asked to stand and this amazing video explaining HWP played in the background...I was hooked, I just knew this was something I needed to be part of. Because of 3 knee surgeries I was sidelined to the course but I volunteered in every available capacity and I LOVED it....then in the spring of 2019....I WENT TO KENYA!!! I met the Pokot and I fell in love. My heart cracked open in a way I didn't know was possible and at that moment I decided I was going to learn to run again. This year, I am running, I am running to show my support of allllllllllll of the miles walked to get to water (not clean), I am running to raise money to bring clean water and living water to the Pokot. With clean water comes health, schools, jobs, churches....water brings life! Your donation will bring LIFE to generations to come!
