Hello. My name is Cooper Lettieri. In 2013 I ran the Detroit International Half Marathon. I had partnered with the Hope Water Project to raise money to build wells in Kenya for the people of the Pokot tribe. After graduating from high school I found it difficult to manage work and running at the same time but, I have decided to do so again as 2021 has been a tough year for many and running the Detroit half marathon is an accomplishment that I feel is worthwhile. At the same time I have an opportunity to provide fresh drinking water to those who don’t have even that. I understand your situation may be tough, whether it be emotionally or financially at this time or maybe both but, I ask you to consider donating to my page. I run with purpose, this is my purpose. No matter where you are in life there will be someone willing to lend a helping hand and I ask you to come with me on this journey to give that helping hand and help give life to the Pokot people. I am hoping to raise at least $1000. Every donation counts big or small as it is used to save lives.
