Error
I have recently graduated college with a bachelor in Psychology and am finally ready to step away from nannying! I’ve been nannying my way through college for over 3 years now and feel grateful for the experience but it is time to move forward. Like everyone after graduating college, I expected to be spending my summer applying for jobs and rushing from interview to interview but instead God has placed a different plan on my heart. He has really been leading me back to my first love of singing; a dream I had given up on many years ago. Singing for church has brought me such joy and I am beginning to feel that it is my purpose. With that being said, this year I will be starting a 10-month worship internship at Kensington Church. During this internship I will be stretched out of my comfort zone and place front in center stage more often than I ever have before. I will learn how to lead people into the presence of God as well as learn how to lead the behind the scene set up of what makes worship possible. This internship also includes weekly spiritual classes/meetings to help build my faith in God and equip me with all the tools I need to be a leader. This internship will not only bless me individually but through God using me, the entire Kensington congregation.
