The Hope Water Project is much more than a generous organization providing wells for clean water to the Pokot villagers of western Kenya. By eliminating the need for miles of travel to contaminated water sources, families are able to thrive together. With a supply of clean drinking water there is better health and reduced premature deaths due to diseases. Not only does the Hope Water Project deliver access to water sources, they also give love, hope and promise for a better future. What I appreciate most about the Hope Water Project is their partnership with POM (Pokot Outreach Ministry) and the life enrichment because of their involvement. It isn’t enough to bring life giving clean water to an impoverished region of Africa, but they also share the love of our Lord and savior and spread the message of His good news.
