PLEASE NOTE: Kensington's Executive Team has prayerfully decided to suspend all in-person services and gatherings through the end of March – following Michigan's recommendations regarding social distancing. This includes all campus-specific events as well. Please refer to kensingtonchurch.org/coronavirus for ongoing updates.
INSIGHTS
Each week Insights meets for 2 hours, beginning with a large group teaching and then breaking into small groups for discussion.
Insights is a fully self-supporting ministry. It takes $30 per woman per semester for materials, childcare, and some snacks. If you’re inclined to donate toward Insights, feel free to do that at the end of your registration form. No pressure. We know that most of you don’t carry cash and it’s hard to remember to bring a check so we have created an online option as well. If this is a hardship, please feel free to come anyway. If you can give more, that’s great, too! You can use the registration process to conveniently donate online or you can skip that step with no issue. If you would like to give a different amount, or in cash or check, you can do that in the donation boxes at Insights.
Optional Dinner Option (PM only): $45
Because we know you won’t be there every week, this amount will only cover about half of the dinners, so a basket for donations will be available as well.

ENCOUNTER
This topical Bible study uses video teaching in a large-group setting, accompanied by small-group discussion.

KMOMS
KMOMS is a diverse, supportive, nonjudgmental group of moms of school-aged children—ranging from kindergarten to college. Join our community of moms as we navigate this exciting stage of life together. We will host a number of speakers on topics ranging from parenting, school challenges, identity, faith, and self-care. There will also be time for you to share and connect with other moms in a small group format. Additionally, we will have opportunities for optional moms nights out and family service projects.
Program Fee: $35

MOPS
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is a program designed to offer support to women with young children from infancy to kindergarten.
MOPS International Fee: $32 (if new this semester)

MOMS ON MISSION (MOM)
Moms on Mission (MOM) is a study for women to grow closer to Jesus through the strength of other moms. Moms on Mission focuses on moms with children ages birth to grade 5. We have been given a beautiful gift to understand the love that God has for us through motherhood. We'll eat together, listen to teaching, and discuss what we've learned in safe, comfortable small groups. It's a great place to connect with other moms and experience the encouragement and transforming power of God's Word. Each week Moms on Mission meets - Kensington Orion from 9:00-11:30am. Inclement Weather Policy
When local schools are closed, Kensington buildings close as well. Daytime Women’s Programs will not meet if any of the following occurs:
• If TROY SCHOOLS are closed, all daytime programs at Troy (Insights, Encounter, KMoms, MOPS) will NOT meet
• If LAKE ORION SCHOOLS are closed, all daytime programs at Orion (Insights or MOM) will NOT meet
• If L’ANSE CREUSE SCHOOLS are closed, all daytime programs at Clinton Township (Insights) will NOT meet
• If BIRMINGHAM SCHOOLS are closed, all daytime programs at Birmingham (Insights) will NOT meet
If bad weather is predicted, please check TV and radio stations for school closures and follow the above policy. This is the best way to get word out and avoid driving to the campus(es) unnecessarily. You may not receive an official email indicating daytime programs are cancelled.
If the campus buildings are closed during the day due to inclement weather, a decision will be made by 3:00 pm as to whether or not the buildings will reopen for evening programs. You will be contacted by your Community Leader or Small Group Leader regarding evening programs.
Occasionally inclement weather is predicted to begin in the evening. In those cases, the Community Leaders will make a decision by 3:00 pm to determine whether evening programs will meet.
