Do caregivers attend?
Please use your best judgment to determine if it is necessary to provide your guest with the support of a caregiver to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable evening.
We are excited to provide each each guest or guest/caregiver pair with a buddy, or "pardner." This person will guide guests through the evening's activities. Each buddy will have a background check and receive training prior to the event. If you are 18+ and would like to help as a buddy, please click on the buddy link below. There will be a mandatory buddy training on Tuesday, August 6. (Childcare will be not provided.)
Please register each individual as a "participant" at the link below. Only guests should be registered; caregivers do not register individually but must answer the caregiver-associated questions during the registration process.
Want to help?
In order for our Hoedown to be a success we will need many other volunteers in addition to buddies – from registration support and food teams, to carnival game hosts and beyond. If you are willing to help, please click the volunteer link below to sign up today!
