Grief Recovery

Loss is always devastating, and the COVID-19 pandemic has created especially painful circumstances as people have experienced sudden loss and have not been able to say goodbye in hospitals or nursing homes, or hold funerals. Whether due to COVID-19 or other reasons, if you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, it may be hard to feel optimistic about anything.

Grief Recovery, a study to guide you through grief and loss, is open to all. Each session is led by people who have experienced it themselves and includes a video seminar featuring interviews with top experts in the field, along with small group discussion. While you are encouraged to start the seminar at the beginning of the session, you may start the group at any time during its course.
